The aggressor, identified as Eduardo R., threatened Ana with a knife to force her to go in front of a Remnant Christian church building and abuse her.
In the video leaked by journalist Antonio Nieto, Eduardo R.'s modus operandi to subdue and abuse young Ana is observed. The images show Ana getting off public transport and continuing her way down Juárez streets. Suddenly, she changes direction and is approached by Eduardo R., who threatens her and takes her to the location where the events occurred.
The rapist intercepts Ana, intimidates her with threatening phrases and a knife, forcing her to move to Liverpool Street 44, where he allegedly sexually abuses her in front of a Christian Church. The released images show the moment when Eduardo R. subdues his victim and directs her through the streets while threatening her with the knife to prevent her escape. That part of the video shared by Nieto ends with the alleged sexual assault of Ana.
